Rick brings thirty plus years in the building industry to Sycamore. Together with his team of dedicated craftsmen the hallmark of Sycamore Building is the personalized service they give to each and every project.

From the planning stages on, Rick oversees every aspect of the building process on each home they build, putting as much emphasis on the structural integrity, the mechanicals and the hidden details as those that are displayed.

Pamela Van brings over eight years experience as a project manager with Sycamore. Her creative style complements Rick’s vision and passion for building. Pam helps guide you when choosing finishes and products such as cabinetry, tile and flooring for your home.
